Chairman Carl Carder was absent, and quorum was not present
Amanda discussed the unfunded needs update from MoDOT, multi modal, and the BRO scoring. Lisa joined in on the unfunded needs discussion with additional information she received from Michael Marriott. MoDOT had not handed down the BRO results, however Amanda will get them out to the committee as soon as she can. TAC By-Laws were handed out to the committee members.
Quorum was reached at 10:28 am.
Robert Munden made a motion to nominate Josh Muck for Vice-Chair of the TAC committee. Phillip Ray seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Phillip Ray and Robert Munden talked about sending an invitation to the MoDOT Commissioners to come to a meeting in the Green Hills Region. Amanda will work on getting that together.
Jerry Allen made a motion to adjourn. Phillip Ray second. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned 10:30 am
