Code Enforcement Program
The Code Enforcement Program started in 2023. GHRPC contracts with individual municipalities to enforce city ordinances on nuisances. The Code Enforcement Officer will investigate nuisance properties, document violations, send out violation letters, and will appear in court for the city. When the program started last year there were 3 municipality’s that contracted with Green Hills Regional Planning Commission. In the following months the program now has 15 cities in the program.
