- Call to Order: The open meeting was called to order at 10:30 am by Carl Carder (Chair) and a quorum of 20 were present.

3. Approval of Minutes from January 30th, 2025: Wayne Uthe made a motion to approve January
30th, 2025, minutes. Jack Hodge seconded the motion. Motion carried 19-0
4. Old Business: No old business was called for discussion.
5. MoDOT Update: Adam Wood presented the power point on unfunded needs in the Northwest
region.
- Recent Project Awards – Caldwell, Daviess, Harrison, Sullivan Counties
- Bridge Replacement-Caldwell Rte. D over Shoal Creek $1.9 million
- Coldmill & Resurface- Daviess County Rte. 6 from Rte. 31 to Rte. 69 $4.2 million
- Pavement Repair-Caldwell Rte. 13 2 miles east of Rte. 129 $2.3 million
- Upcoming Bid Openings – ADA projects in Hale, Norborn, Sumner, Mendon, Rothville, Keytesville and Bosworth.
- High Priority Unfunded Needs (possible projects to add to list):I-35 reconstruction-Iowa to Rte. N (Eagleville) $38.5 million.
- Regional Bridge team met mid-January and selected 21 bridges for Northwest District.
- Removal of 6 projects from the Unfunded Needs List. Totaling $16.6 million.
- Review of project remaining on the Unfunded Needs List.
- Proposed project for unity of Highway 136 across the district. Including shoulders.
6. TAC Updates: Amanda George
a. MMTAC held its first meeting on March 11th, 2025
- Beth Langley (Oats) is the Chair of MMTAC
- Update on Carroll County Amtrak
- Update on Hwy 13 Rail Bridge in Caldwell County (Polo)
- Update on Putnam County Airport, Plan & Feasibility study are done
