June 26th, 2025

  1.  Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 11:00am by Amanda George.


  • Roll Call: A quorum was declared with 15 members present.  The following were in attendance:

  • Approval of March 27th, 2025, Minutes: Jerry Allen moved to approve the minutes from March 27th, 2025, with a second from Dale Akey.  Motion carries 15-0.

  10. Clarification on STIP     Year 1 – 100%

  • Lettered low volume roads resurfacing
  • Bridge Update
  • New Federal Law about weight limits on bridges over 20 feet. 
  • Less than 100 bridges that are classified as “bad”

6.  MMTAC Update : Bud Motsinger (Liaison to TAC)

  1. Region has missed out on Multi-Modal money till the inception of MMTAC
  2. Update on trails at Roy Blunt Lake
  3. Update on Carrollton Amtrak
  4. Update on Little Otter Creak

7. TAC Update: Amanda George

  1. Intern that will assist with sidewalk mapping, traffic counters, and speed sign
  2. Contact Amanda George to schedule your jurisdiction needs.
  3. Road Condition Survey
  4. Board Appointments
  5. Amanda had missing appointments signed.

Adjournment With no other business before the TAC, Jerry Allen moved to adjourn the meeting, with a second from Robert Munden.  Motion carried 15-0. The meeting was adjourned at 12:00pm.
